NAMES:
Individuals must ensure that all names are spelled correctly and match their personal identification on their passport or valid Travel ID in which they will be bringing. Date of birth and billing address must also be provided at the time of deposit. A name correction, name change, or substitution fee will apply with an administration fee of $90.00 plus tax prior to final payment or $195.00 plus tax after the balance due date PLUS any supplier change fees that may apply. No name changes will be permitted within 30 days of departure. It is the traveler’s responsibility to have proper identification and documentation on hand while travelling.

SKI OR SNOWBOARD EQUIPMENT:
One or more sets of skis carried together in the same container count as one piece of checked baggage. Skis and poles must be packed in a ski bag specifically designed for shipping. If carried separately, a set of ski poles will count as one piece of checked baggage.
No oversize charge applies to skis but, any overweight charges will apply.
One boot bag is permitted per passenger and won't count as a piece of checked baggage if:
it's carried along with skis or snowboard and it contains only boots

OPTIONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE
Allianz all-inclusive insurance plan is available to protect from loss of non-refundable cancellation penalties when such cancellation is for medical reasons. A doctor’s certificate must be presented to the insurance company for reimbursement. Optional cancel for any reason rider can be added to the plan. Full insurance details are available and will also be provided with purchase of an insurance policy.
