It is the policy of Les Suites Tremblant that $100 cash per person that is refundable on the way home. It is to be collected by the group leader on the bus to Tremblant and remitted upon arrival as a damage deposit. Merit Vacation staff will assist the resort manager in the inspection of all the units on day of departure. Merit Ski Vacations is responsible to ensure that all damages and excess mess fees are paid by the group before departure. Should Les Suites Tremblant be required to remit compensatory funds to any other lodging guests due to excessive noise, this fee will also be collected by the front desk with assistance of Merit Ski Vacation’s staff and remitted to the resort manager.
