Aspen Snowmass’ kids programs and child care are a big reason why Aspen Snowmass has become the resort of choice for countless families. Managed by their acclaimed ski & snowboard schools, these programs seamlessly blend playtime with ski instruction for young children, as well as high-quality childcare for infants and toddlers ages 8 weeks to 4 years. There are dedicated kids programs, child care, camps and lessons and two world-class facilities — the Treehouse Kids Adventure Center at Snowmass and The Hideout at Buttermilk. Teens love the beginner terrain parks, and 12 and under enjoy on-mountain surprises, which include fun art installations and kids-oriented trails and terrain full of adventure.
After ski, from 5-8:30pm the whole family can participate in infamous Ullr Nights! Ullr Night starts with a Gondola ride to Elk Camp – Snowmass where you’ll enjoy a bonfire (s’mores & hot chocolate available for purchase), tubing and Breathtaker Alpine Coaster with unlimited, kids tubing and kids snowbikes for ages 3 -5, and fire dancers! Ullr Nights have limited capacity and pre-purchased activity passes required. Did we mention Kids Ski Free?! Plus, VIK (Very Important Kid) complimentary activities – like cookie decorating – are available each day!
