I just wanted to pass along my sincere thanks for an amazing week at Sawgrass. You guys did a wonderful job and all of my playing partners commented on how well organized everything was and how much they are already looking forward to next year.
It was a pleasure for me to participate in such a unique and special event and I think you have captured something that will be supported for many years.
I thought the format was GREAT (for both the pro’s and the am’s ), I thought adopting the forward tees was brilliant (the courses are tough enough and it gave the guys a fighting chance as well as keeping the pace of play very very reasonable). I think we played our fourth round in less than four hours. Allowing the guys to wear shorts I think was another wonderful idea. Every part of the event was first class and you should be proud of what you have created. Please pass along my thanks to all your staff and sponsors.
