Day 1: Arrive Delhi
Upon arrival late this evening in Delhi, you will be welcomed by your Cox & Kings representative and escorted to your hotel. The Imperial - 3 Nights

Day 2: Delhi
Visit Delhi's Mughal capital and its historic sights including the Red Fort, once the most opulent stronghold of the Mughal Empire, and the Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque. Explore Chandni Chowk as you walk the narrow lanes of Kinari Bazaar, Dariba, and Paranthe Wali Gali and marvel at the wide range of street foods available. Day 3: Delhi
This morning, discover the architectural wonders of New Delhi, the modern capital laid out by the British. Day 4: To Lucknow

Day 5: Lucknow
Join your local guide on a visit of the highlights of Lucknow, including the British Residency, the Imambaras, Jama Masjid and the labyrinthine pathways of the Bhul Bhulaiya. Day 6: To Varanasi

Day 7: Varanasi
Rise early and embark on a cruise on the Ganges to witness pilgrims at their daily ablutions as the rising sun illuminates the skies. After breakfast, walk to the Kalbhairav Temple, where people go to protect themselves from black magic. Visit Sarnath, the spot where Buddha gave his first sermon. Day 8: To Khajuraho
