DAY 1 | HOME - NEW YORK (D)
Depart for New York City. This evening we will enjoy a three-course dinner at Ellen’s Stardust Diner in Times Square.

Overnight in New York (7 nights)

DAY 2 | NEW YORK (B, D)
After breakfast, the group will have eight full hours to tour NYC with a licensed NYC tour guide, on the Subway 101 walking sightseeing program. This walking and subway tour includes many popular landmarks and neighbourhoods. Before the adventure begins, students will learn about the NYC subway system from their guide. The escapade starts with stories of Lower Manhattan, then on to the subway to Greenwich Village to meet some “Friends”.
After Times Square, students will then take a walk to the grandeur of Rockefeller Center. The tour includes a visit to the 9-11 Memorial, a shopping excursion in Little Italy and China Town, and concludes with a stroll to Central Park, Manhattan’s backyard. Later we’ll enjoy a three-course dinner at La Mela in Little Italy, before attending an evening Broadway performance.

DAY 3 | NEW YORK (B, D)
After breakfast, the group will attend a Beginner Horton Technique dance workshop at Alvin Ailey. This is followed by a two-hour Central Park walking sightseeing program with a licensed NYC tour guide. The group will follow their guide on the park’s winding paths and learn how the architects Olmsted and Vaux created New York’s “backyard.” Visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art, home to more than two million works of art.
Afterwards, tour the city on The RIDE, a super-sized, technologically amped-up vehicle that travels the streets of New York. For dinner, board the Spirit of NY buffet dinner cruise, which cruises past the Statue of Liberty and under the Brooklyn Bridge.

DAY 4 | NEW YORK (B, D)
After breakfast, the group will have six full hours to tour NYC with a licensed NYC tour guide, on the Jazz and Other Giants sightseeing program. Students will attend a live jazz performance, discussion and Q&A at the National Jazz Museum of Harlem before embarking on a historical tour of Harlem, and finally a tour of the Apollo Theater. Later enjoy a three-course dinner at El Paso Taqueria, in Spanish Harlem.

DAY 5 | NEW YORK (B, D)
After breakfast, the group will attend a theatre workshop, and then be guided through Carnegie Hall, the concert hall that has inspired great artists for more than a century. A tour of the Lincoln Center follows, where students will go behind the scenes of the iconic landmarks—including the Revson Fountain, the transformed Alice Tully Hall, and the Metropolitan Opera House. This evening we sit down to a twocourse dinner at Hard Rock Café in Times Square and then attend another Broadway performance.

DAY 6 | NEW YORK (B, D)
After breakfast, the group will have six hours at the Rockefeller Center sightseeing program with a licensed NYC tour guide. The tour will include the Rockefeller Center complex, an NBC Studios tour (where students will even produce their very own news and weather program in the High Definition Mini-Control Studio), the Radio City Music Hall stage door tour (including a meet and greet with one of the worldfamous Radio City Rockettes), and a timed entrance to Top of the Rock 70th floor observatory. We finish the day with a two-course
dinner at the world famous Jekyll & Hyde Club at Times Square.

DAY 7 | NEW YORK (B, L, D)
After breakfast, the group will have eight hours on a Brooklyn sightseeing program with a licensed NYC tour guide. The tour will include a trip to Brooklyn Bridge Park and Carousel Ride, Prospect Park, and entrance and tailored tour of the Brooklyn Museum. The tour concludes with a visit to Jacque Torres Chocolate in D.U.M.B.O. before walking over the Brooklyn Bridge, where we will stop for lunch in Williamsburg. Later, we will return to Times Square for a two-course dinner at Dallas BBQ to finish the day.
