NAMES:

Individuals must ensure that all names are spelled correctly and match their personal photo identification, which they will be bringing. Failure to comply with these after ticketing (Final Payment) will result in a name change fee of $75.00 + HST. No name changes will be permitted within 10 business days prior to the departure date. Once a name change is submitted and completed by the airline, the tickets will be re-issued and is at the airline’s discretion on when tickets will be sent to Merit’s air department. Your group’s manager will send the revised Etickets as soon as corrected tickets are received. It is the traveler’s responsibility to have proper identification on hand while travelling.

OPTIONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE

Allianz all-inclusive insurance plan is available to protect from loss of non-refundable cancellation penalties when such cancellation is for medical reasons. A doctor’s certificate must be presented to the insurance company for reimbursement. Optional cancel for any reason rider can be added to the plan. Full insurance details are available and will also be provided with purchase of an insurance policy.

PREMIUMS PER PERSON ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Coverage up to $3200.00 CAD prior to departure. Each member will be responsible for the difference between the sum of package and insurance Premium paid.
